1. Order procedure

Ordering a product at Cuore Leder is very easy. You select the product of your choice and you choose “add to cart”. The product of your choice is placed in the shopping cart. You can select multiple products and place them in the shopping cart. You can remove the product from the shopping cart at any time (tick “remove” and click on “update”) or increase the number. When you have finished shopping and you want to proceed with purchases, choose “checkout”. You can log in (if you are already a customer) and otherwise create an account (“new customer”). After entering your details you will be asked how you want to pay. After choosing the payment option, you will be referred to the payment option depending on your choice. After we have been notified of the order and have received the payment, we will send the package immediately.

2. Shipping options and costs

After payment has been received by us, we offer the package for shipment. If you order and pay on workdays before 12:00, we will ship the same day (if your order is in stock) to the specified address. This can be a private address or a business address (incl. Mailbox delivery).

For shipping to addresses within the Netherlands we do not charge any costs for an amount above € 80. Deliveries within the Netherlands are usually delivered the following working day (depending on the time of ordering and paying; before 12:00) or within 3 working days.

Sending to addresses outside the Netherlands is entirely at the expense of the customer. The actual costs depend on the weight of your order (see Terms and Conditions). Deliveries outside the Netherlands are usually delivered within 3 – 10 business days.

3. Return policy and return procedure

If the product you have purchased (or the products you have purchased) does not meet expectations, you may return it to us within 7 working days of delivery under the “Distance Selling Act” without stating reasons. The package can be sent back to:

Cuore Leder, Zutphensestraatweg 4, 6955 AH, Ellecom.

Once we have received the package back and the product has not been taken into use, we will transfer the amount (the purchase price) to you. The purchase price of the order returned by you will be refunded to you. Shipping costs are not refundable.

The amount is usually refunded to you the same day or within a few days.

The shipping costs for returning a package are borne by the customer.
